Our Turkeys, Hampers and Christmas trimmings can all be ordered for Delivery or Collection from our farm
Collection from our Farm
Please collect at your convenience on
Monday 23rd December 2024 9am-6pm.
Tuesday 24th December 2024 9am – 2pm
If you are unable to collect your order by 2pm on the 24th December please let us know.
Each Turkey will be presented to you as oven ready, wrapped in greaseproof paper, with vac packed giblets, a pop-up cooking timer & cooking instructions; in an easy to carry John Howe Turkeys box.
When collecting your turkey (from Lotland Farm, Biddenden Road, TN30 6TD) please try and bring your order confirmation number.

Deliveries
Your Turkey will be delivered by 6pm, at the standard rate, on Monday 23rd December 2024 (Christmas Birds) or Tuesday 26th November 2024 (Thanksgiving birds)
The final date an order for home delivery can be placed will Friday 20th December 2024.
All our deliveries are sent by courier for next day delivery in temperature controlled packaging, combined with food safe gel ice packs to ensure your order remains at the correct temperature during transit.
All delivery costs are charged to us by APC & Fedex to deliver your order in peak condition and to ‘guarantee’ it arrives in time for Christmas.
We can deliver to anywhere in mainland UK, excluding the Highlands. (For deliveries elsewhere, please contact us)
Your Order will be delivered at the standard rate (£9.95), on 23rd December 2024 (or any week day prior to).

Thanksgiving Deliveries will be made on 26th November 2024. If you would prefer a delivery on a different day we are happy to help.
Thanksgiving Collections can be made on Wednesday 27th from 9am to 6pm. If you would prefer to collect on a different day or at a different time we are happy to help.
Missed deliveries
If you are not at home when the courier delivers your order, they will leave a card or, if possible your parcel will be left in a safe place. If, for any other reason, your delivery is not possible, all items will be returned to a cold depot and delivery will be attempted again the following day.
* John Howe Turkeys will not accept liability if a customer is not home to accept the delivery: Unless specific delivery instructions have been provided at least 24 hours beforehand in writing either when placing your order or by email to enquiries@johnhoweturkeys.co.uk
* If you have not had a delivery by 4pm on the 23rd December, please contact us asap – ideally before 5pm.
Tracking your order
If you have provided us with an email, order status tracking will be available via a FedEx or APC Overnight tracking number sent to you following confirmation of your order. For any delivery queries or changes to your order please call our farm 01580 291415 or email sales@johnhoweturkeys.co.uk
